The controller of personal data within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:

02 What Data Is Collected and Why

This website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) solely for anonymous statistical analysis — understanding which content is popular, which devices and browsers visitors use, and overall traffic trends. No advertising networks, remarketing tools, or third-party CMP platforms are in use.

GA4 may collect or derive the following data points depending on your consent choice:

  • Pages visited and navigation path
  • Approximate geographic region (country / city level)
  • Browser type, device category, and operating system
  • Session duration and engagement signals

If you click Essential Only or have not yet given consent, GA4 operates in cookieless mode and may use statistical modelling rather than individual identifiers. No cookies are written to your device for analytical purposes without your explicit consent.

We also process server-side, anonymized technical data (such as page request counts) strictly for statistical purposes and server performance optimization. We do not use cookies for this, and your IP address is permanently anonymized immediately upon receipt using a secure cryptographic hash function.

03 Legal Basis for Processing

The legal basis for processing analytical data is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw or refuse consent at any time (see Section 06). No personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest via GA4 on this site.

04 Data Transfer to Third Countries

Google LLC, the provider of Google Analytics, is headquartered in the United States. Data may therefore be transferred to and processed in the US. Google participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (Commission Implementing Decision of 10 July 2023), which provides an adequacy basis for such transfers. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.

05 Cookies and Local Storage

This site stores your consent preference in browser localStorage under the key cookie-consent. This entry contains only the value "granted" or "denied" and is used exclusively to avoid showing the consent banner on repeat visits. It contains no identifiers.

If you consent to analytics, Google Analytics may additionally set its own cookies (e.g. _ga, _ga_*) with a default retention of 2 years, in accordance with Google's own cookie policy.

06 Your Rights and Revoking Consent

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, or erase data concerning you, as well as the right to restrict or object to processing. Because this site does not collect account data or directly identifiable personal information, most of these rights apply to Google as the processor — you can exercise them via Google's data controls.

To revoke or change your consent on this site at any time:

  1. 1 Open your browser's Developer Tools → Application → Local Storage → this site's origin.
  2. 2 Delete the entry with the key cookie-consent.
  3. 3 Reload the page — the consent banner will reappear and you can make a new choice.

You may also delete all cookies for this domain through your browser's settings or use browser extensions to opt out of Google Analytics globally (e.g. the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on).

07 Contact and Complaints

For any privacy-related enquiries, contact: [email protected].

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In Poland, this is the Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO).

Want to change your current consent preference? — the banner will reappear so you can choose again.
