How I Work

I'm a software architect and security engineer based in Gdańsk. I build backend systems, audit applications for vulnerabilities, and work on AI tooling. Outside of that — gym, carpentry, and too much time thinking about cars.

  • Secure by default, not bolted on.

Security gets designed into the architecture, not patched on after the fact.

  • Production, not demos.

AI and agentic tooling has to behave reliably in production — not just impress in a demo.

  • Physical work keeps the abstractions honest.

Carpentry and DIY are the counterweight — you can't abstract your way out of a bad cut or a loose joint.

Software Architecture & AppSec

Most of my work lives in backend systems — designing services that are reliable, secure by default, and easy to reason about. I also do application security audits and penetration testing, which means I spend a fair amount of time thinking about how things break, not just how they should work.

AI & Agentic Systems

I've been building AI-powered tools and agentic workflows for a while now. Mostly focused on practical applications — automating complex processes, integrating LLMs into existing systems, and making sure they behave reliably in production rather than just in demos.

Health & Training

I take training and recovery seriously — gym, sleep, nutrition. Not an obsession, just a baseline. It's hard to do good work when the hardware isn't running well.

Carpentry & DIY Projects

I do carpentry and various DIY projects in my spare time. There's something grounding about building physical things — you can't abstract your way out of a bad cut or a loose joint.
